Our community has come to rely heavily upon us for our contributions. We have 9 food pantries which directly rely upon our restocking efforts. We regularly conduct clothing drives and holiday luncheons for financially strapped families. When Hurricane Sandy hit, we responded by conducting a massive food drive which provided food for 1900 meals and raised $600 for another food bank to use to buy fuel to deliver their food to 150 other food banks.
Annual holiday luncheon at South Ocean Middle School provides 200 families in our community with a festive holiday dinner and gifts for children.
